We've just been counting the number of hands won with no regard for the type of hand. Does that narrow it down to a particular rule variation? We also play with the 7 pairs winning hand and maybe 13 orphans. Otherwise, you can only win on your own draws. If you have a peng of your seat wind or one of the honors, you can win on any discard. You can only kong if you didn't already peng the three tiles or if you draw the fourth tile yourself. You can only chi from the person before you, but peng from anyone. We play with seat winds and one wildcard (part of dice roll), but no round wind, flowers, or seasons. Can someone help clarify the rules and help us find a simple scoring method we can add?
